| Now that you have bought your property, furnished it and are ready to use it the next step is to keep it cleaned and well maintained. Whether you will be keeping it for personal use or renting it out we have a cleaning and laundry service which can be arranged to suit your indivdual needs.
If you have already chosen to use our Property Management Package your property will have been cleaned thoroughly at the start of the season making it ready for use. There may be a delay between this clean and the first arrivals therefore we recommend a ‘freshen up’ clean.
Freshen-up Clean
Before you or your guests arrive we will air and clean everywhere, make the beds ready and put clean towels in the bathroom. If ordered, the Welcome Pack will be delivered.
Arrivals Clean
If the property has been empty for some we recommend a thourough clean to ensure that everything is fresh and ready for you or your guests. As well as all living areas the kitchen cupboards, bathroom cupboards, balconies and windows will be cleaned.. Electrical appliances checked, water supply checked and bottled gas supply checked.

Mid-Stay Clean
The property will be cleaned and tidied throughout including balconies and terraces, bed linens and towels changed, laundered and returned, rubbish cleared and taken away.
Departures/Changeovers
On departure the property will be checked for damage/breakages before your guests leave. We will then clean all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, balconies and windows. Bed linens and towels will be taken for laundering and replaced with fresh items. Cupboards will be cleaned and any items left will be removed.
Electric, water and gas checked.

AFTER BUILD CLEAN
Once your property has been completed and the snagging finished it will need to have a specialist clean to remove all the detritus left behind by the builders. Some developers include the after build clean as part of their service but this is not standard.
This clean includes:
Removal of all builders rubbish
All spilt paint removed
Cupboards cleaned and disinfected inside and outside
Bathrooms cleaned and disinfected
Floors scrubbed and polished
Balconies/terraces cleaned, drains checked for blockages
Windows cleaned.
Walls and ceilings brushed
Any white goods or other items already installed will also be cleaned and disinfected.
On completion of the after build clean your furniture can be delivered.

SPECIALIST CLEAN Quotations on request.
With the hot temperatures here in Turkey we are prone to visits from unwanted ‘guests’ who will outstay their welcome unless they are helped on their way. Should an infestation occur we can arrange to have your property professionally treated. Most of the time one treatment is sufficient but we recommend that your property is treated twice a year to prevent any reoccurrence.
